How to use:
  • Apply morning and night, before and after daily physical exercise, for muscle preparation and/or recovery.
  • Apply with a gentle circular massage until the product is completely absorbed. Use twice daily as needed.
  • Provides comfort and relieves tension through massage in the areas of application, such as the back, neck, shoulders, lower back, wrists, hands, knees, and ankles.
