Eveline Cosmetics' Cleanology Bi-Phase Eye Makeup Remover effectively and gently removes even the toughest eye makeup, including waterproof mascara and long-lasting eyeliner, without irritating the delicate eye area.

Its dual-phase formula combines the micellar action of water for water-soluble pigments with the dissolving power of oil for oil-soluble ones, leaving the eye contour clean and nourished without a greasy feeling.
