Dermaloe MED is a non-greasy gel, with an Aloe vera extract specially selected for its content in acemannans and Panthenol, for the healing of wounds (even post-operative), cuts, abrasions, skin irritations, cold cracks, sunburns, first and second degree burns, pressure ulcers (I-IV) and in all cases of delayed healing.

How to use:
  • After cleaning the lesion, apply a small amount of Dermaloe MED gel one or more times a day with the fingertip until it forms a film that covers the affected area including the edges.
  • Apply as many times as necessary to maintain wound hydration.
  • If you want to cover the wound, use a sterile gauze moistened with the same gel and fix it with the help of a tape or bandage.
